Originally from Germany, Amaliny lived in Singapore before she moved to San Francisco 6 years ago. As a PhD economist, she gained 15+ years of experience as a founder, startup advisor and investor in the cleantech, web3 and edtech industry, before she transitioned into real estate. Amaliny discovered her passion for real estate 10 years ago, when she started investing and developing residential properties in Germany and Sri Lanka. Her journey into real estate was fueled by a keen interest in the housing market's investment potential. Having lived in different neighborhoods in San Francisco, Amaliny has a profound understanding of the city's diverse communities and their distinct charms. Fluent in English, German and Tamil, Amaliny loves assisting clients with diverse backgrounds with their real estate needs.
