Angel represented buyers in the purchase of San Francisco’s 1st LEED Platinum, Net Zero, Passive Home before the home was listed.

From creation to condo conversion, Angel has over 20 years of experience with tenancy in common (TIC) properties.

Angel found a buyer for an 11 bedroom, 2 kitchen building and negotiated a deal between the seller and the S.F. Community Land Trust, allowing tenants to stay in residence.

Angel co-founded a successful San Francisco-based plumbing business.
