Meet Jules

Juliane (Jules), has a strong background in lending, having been a loan agent for RPM Mortgage, Envoy Mortgage, and Prospect Mortgage. Her organizational skills gleaned from years of experience as a lender, event planner, and executive assistant serve her clients well in closing today’s complex real estate transactions. Licensed as an agent since 2013, she expertly coordinates escrows from open to close. A trustworthy advocate, she manages listing coordination and leads with client satisfaction at the forefront of her process. Jules believes every client deserves knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable guidance when dealing with one of life’s biggest moments. 

She is proud to join the Ascend Team’s Los Angeles division and looks forward to serving the LA area with the backing of a dynamic team. In her spare time, Jules volunteers for several non-profit organizations. She is also on the Board of Directors for STAND! for Families Free of Violence.
