Meet Karen

An effective negotiator with a background in technical communications, Karen is an advocate for her clients real estate wants and needs. Originally from San Diego, she and her husband followed their children to San Francisco where she couldn’t be happier to leverage her real estate knowledge serving this dynamic city. After successfully managing her family’s rental properties, she felt it was time to gain her real estate license in 2021. She studied the industry’s best practices by assisting a top-producing agent and is now continuing to build her own business in the community. Anyone who has worked with Karen would describe her as a responsive, reliable, and driven professional. 

Karen has an eye for seeing the hidden potential in every home, even renovating two 100-year old properties with her husband. She enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods with her real estate clientele. As a landlord, she gained firsthand knowledge of staging, listing, showing, and leasing. More importantly, she understands what factors make an investment profitable. Additionally, her extensive use of tech, social media, and marketing come as a great advantage to her clients from a range of demographics.  

Outside of helping her clients, Karen has a long history of community involvement. She has been a PTA board member and volunteer with youth sports teams, the National Charity League, and Teen Volunteers in Action. Karen enjoys entertaining and is always experimenting in the kitchen. She also loves traveling and walking through cities, taking in the unique architecture of each neighborhood. She is an active reader who always keeps up to date on current events.
