Many of the city's industrial buildings remain largely unchanged from the outside, serving as a standing symbol of its historical roots. Some newly refurbished buildings are now modern, urban lofts. New luxury condominiums boast scenic views of the San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.

This prime location also includes access to a transcontinental railway connection with service to Seattle, Chicago, and LA.
